These headphones have been checked and are said to have only a few minor scratches, with performance similar to new ones. However, there is no original Sony warranty, but Woot offers a one-year limited warranty through eReplacements for extra peace of mind.

Unless you really need the top performance in noise cancellation, the XM5 at nearly half the price is the better choice.
