The worst Japan Electronics experience. I bought a hand blender from Japan Electronics on Murree Road in Rawalpindi. They initially gave us a receipt and said they didn’t have any in stock, so they would ship it tomorrow. After several follow-ups, it took four days for it to arrive. Parts (the mixer and jar) were missing from the box when the item was delivered. We alerted the appropriate salesperson right away and refused to accept it. He promised to supply the missing items tomorrow, but they failed to do so once more. It has been over a week after we bought the item, and they have not responded or offered a replacement. Helpline claims that there is nothing we can do and that you should speak with the salesperson, which is pointless.
