As many of you know, our company has spent the past 25 years navigating a dual identity—operating both as HeadRoom Audio, our design and manufacturing arm, and as Headphone.com, our online retail store.
Today, we’re taking an important step toward simplifying and strengthening that identity, and we’re excited to share some significant news.
We are pleased to introduce our new website: **HeadRoomAudio.com**.
HeadRoomAudio.com is now the dedicated home for all HeadRoom-manufactured products, including the newly released **HeadRoom Standard** headphone amplifier—our first new amp design in nearly a decade.
To mark this milestone in a big way, we are thrilled to unveil our latest creation: **The HeadRoom Cosmic Headphone**.
That’s right—after a quarter-century of evaluating and listening to countless headphones from other brands, we recognized that we could deliver superior performance at a more accessible cost.
This realization launched a three-year journey of intensive engineering and global research in pursuit of the ideal headphone sound. After numerous design iterations, the Cosmic emerged as the embodiment of our vision: a clean, dynamic, and deeply musical listening experience crafted for producers, audiophiles, and passionate music lovers.
The HeadRoom Cosmic is a full-size, closed-back planar magnetic headphone featuring custom-built 70mm drivers engineered entirely in-house. It incorporates our new **SweetSpot** tuning technology, designed to place the listener squarely at the heart of the performance—whether in the studio or the best seat in the venue. With real tonewood earcups, plush cushioning, timeless styling, and the longest warranty in the industry at five years, the Cosmic delivers both craftsmanship and confidence.
The wait is almost over.
We will soon be launching a **Kickstarter campaign** to help secure the final specialized components required for production and to enhance our in-house manufacturing capabilities. This campaign will also offer early supporters exceptional savings ahead of the Cosmic’s general release.
